I've been working on introducing a more personalised way to get the local community fitter and healthier: and here it is!
The New Year's 5 Week Fitness Challenge is designed to kickstart your 2022 New Year's fitness goals. The challenge calendar, and myself - your very own live-in (your head) trainer, will keep you motivated and give you clear stepping stones to achieving those goals.
This challenge can be done entirely online, or utilise the face to face sessions at Woady Yaloak Recreation Facility - Smythesdale & Haddon Community Learning Centre!

Once your goals are set, I send through my recommendations for how many days, which class styles & challenges you should complete to ensure you're getting the most out of the program. The challenge is personalised to your needs, goals and fitness levels.
How Much?
Well, you know me. The entire point of Genki Fit is to offer affordable, supportive fitness classes. Which means that this program is incredibly affordable too.
$100 gets you access to everything I listed above - which is $20 per week.
You can do all fitness classes each week face to face, or complete the workouts from the comfort of your own home.
When Do We Start?
The New Year's 5 Week Fitness Challenge begins Monday January 3rd, 2022.
How to Sign Up
There is a maximum of 20 participants in the challenge so that I can ensure everyone is getting the same level of attention and personalised service.
Access to regular 5 Week Block and casual classes will still be available during this period - this is just an added option for people looking to really get stuck into it.
If you want to get fitter & stronger keep yourself accountable, and kick-start your next set of fitness goals, then this is the program for you!
Suitable for most fitness levels! You must fill out a health screening questionnaire before joining to make sure you don't need permission from a doctor.
