Ingredients
1 cup milk (skim/almond work well)
90g non-fat plain yoghurt
20g protein powder (vanilla works best)
1/2 banana
1/4 tbsp almond butter (or other alternative)
3g vanilla beans (or 2-3 drops vanilla extract)
Method
1. Remove vanilla seeds from pod
2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a glass.
