Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (skim/almond work well)

  • 90g non-fat plain yoghurt

  • 20g protein powder (vanilla works best)

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/4 tbsp almond butter (or other alternative)

  • 3g vanilla beans (or 2-3 drops vanilla extract)


Method


1. Remove vanilla seeds from pod

2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a glass.

3. Enjoy!
