Welcome to this 28 day strength and cardio builder at home (or gym!) program. The purpose of this program is to tone the body through cardio and strength workouts. Featuring running, walking, cardio bike (optional), free weights, bodyweight and jump rope this program is made to challenge you! You can take it easy, or push it up to the next level. Complete the workouts at your own pace, or push to complete a workout every day (Intermediate/Advanced participants only). Best of luck!
